Perfect Bodybuilder Diet

My nephew, Allan Simard, succeeded in remaining that cut drug-free on a gluttonous PFK, McDonald and Yule logs diet.  Imagine his result with the bodybuilding diet described below.  He already experimented a significant decrease in bodyfat.

My nephew Allan Simard an avid bodybuilder, gym rat, and Randy Orton doppelganger, asked me for some diet / cutting tips.  Here is my answers:

BODYBUILDING DIET GUIDELINES

YOU NEED PROTEIN
Tuna and sardines are excellent for your health and unexpensive.
Sardines in particular are a perfect source of omega 3.
Almond, chicken, all kind of fish, turkey, whole eggs…
Dairy products and milk if you can digest them.

Prioritise white meat and fish over red meat.

Try to eat 4 to 6 meals a day.
A meal can be a protein shake.  No more than 3 per day.
Always try to eat solid real food instead of protein shake.

Avoid bread, pasta, and patatoes.
Do not eat dessert, sweet and candy.
Some bodybuilders eliminates all carbs (fruits) from their diet.  But I don’t think it’s healthy and necessary.  Just eat them with moderation.

Drink plenty of water.
Avoid overstuffing yourself since your body won’t digest more than 45 gr of protein on 3 to 4 hours period of time.

The only two things that gonna make you cut.  Diet and Cardio.

CHEAT DAYS STUPIDITY AND NON-SENSE

Forget about the cheat day.  That’s for loser.
I compare cheat day to an alcoholic who would permit himself one binge a week.  The next thing you know is that the alcoholic overindulge in drinking more than once a week.
I’ve lost 100 pounds without stupid cheat days and abstaining myself from eating any crap.  And I’m not dead.

YOU WON’T DIE IF YOU DO NOT EAT CRAP.  
JUST AS YOU WON’T DIE IF YOU DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

Forget about the stupid “scientific” explanation that eating crap once a week is great for your metabolism and will boost your overall muscle gain.  This is bullshit!  The whole cheat day concept was invented by spineless cockroaches who want an excuse and a justification to continue eating crap while dieting.

Abstaining yourself is a lot easier than trying to be moderate and teasing yourself with a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
