SIGNATURE MOVES:

  • Kicking, kicking, kicking and more kicking. He can do all kind of kicks and aerial maneuvers you can ever imagine and always fall back on his feet. He is the King of Kung Fu Kickers. He relies on flexibility, speed and kicking.
  • Sanda kick catch. Has great awareness of kicks and can catch any incoming kick and trip / take down / dump their opponent.

Bodyweight techniques, wooden dummy, punching bag.

Promoted as having fought 30 people at a time and winning.

Lee Chan incarnates the antihero protagonist in Hong Kong kung fu films. Distancing himself from the usual cheesy goodie two shoe folkloric hero or the usual stoic Asian stereotype.

His martial arts prowess, chiseled physique and green eyes make him extremely popular in his native China.

STATEMENTS:

  • Martial Arts is meant to kill. Not for demonstration.

REASONS TO PARTICIPATE AT UST-3:
Lee Chan has a worldwide fan base estimated at 3.6 billion people for playing himself in movies. After reaching the top as a movie star, acting has become too easy for him. He needed a new challenge in life, the ultimate challenge, the UST-3. He also wanted to prove that he is “no fake” and most likely to had worldwide exposure to further his career as an international movie star.

ANALYSIS:
He is perceived as an Asian version of “The World’s Greatest Fighter” Santos Dixon.

He is feuding with Santos Dixon all over the social medias.
Dixon mocked his fighting style as Wire Fu and ridiculized his UST-3’s participation by saying “He should return fighting scrubs in Sanshou.”

In fact “The World’s Greatest Fighter” Santos Dixon targeted him because he is envious of his acting career.

Is he just an incredible dancer, gymnast, acrobat and choreographer or is he for real?

Is he Wire Fu or Kung Fu?
