How to Choose Running Shoes

As you know, cardio is an essential part in any serious amateur and professional fighter's training. Even if I hate to admit it, it's also useful for strength athletes and bodybuilders alike.

Which led us to running. RUNNING, outside preferably, is THE BEST form of cardio-vascular exercise that you can get.
