The now 30-year old German of Bosnian origins, Senaid Salkicevic, fulfilled his biggest dream when he won the Thai & Kickboxing Council (TKBC) world title in Romania. Throughout his career, he competed in all fights with a transtibial prosthesis and owns a record of 14-3 as a kickboxer.
Salkicevic is a regular man who works nine hours per day to feed his family.
Salkicevic also made history by being the first disabled kickboxer to be sponsored by Nike. He has been recently awarded a sponsorship deal from the U.S. manufacturer.
